Privacy notice

Equip Connect provides collateral monitoring and contract-authorized remote service control for equipment finance companies. This notice covers our public website, the lender console and the lessee enrollment pages.

• Account data — name, work email, company and job title of users you invite to the console.
• Asset and telemetry data — serial number, asset ID, model, OEM, location, device heartbeat, print counts, component health and payment status for financed equipment you register.
• Billing data — protection plan, fee status and subscription state. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never stored by Equip Connect.
• Usage analytics — pages viewed, sign-ups, feature usage and subscription activations, collected through Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC) using cookies and similar identifiers.
• Audit records — who issued a production restriction, restore, firmware update or team change, and when.

To operate the service, protect secured collateral, bill per-asset protection fees, maintain an audit trail for authorization and dispute purposes, and measure how the site and product are used so we can improve them.

Analytics cookies are optional. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland — and wherever we cannot determine your region — they load only after you accept them in the cookie bar. Elsewhere they run by default and you can turn them off at any time.

We record which choice you made, when you made it and the version of the notice you were shown. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change or withdraw your choice whenever you like:

Data shared with Google Analytics is used for measurement only. We do not upload customer identifiers or use this data for advertising.

Our hosting and database provider, our payment processor, and Google Analytics (only with consent where consent is required). We do not sell personal data.

You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, and object to processing, by contacting your Equip Connect account team. Lessees should contact the lender or lessor that registered the equipment.
